16/12/12 - Final

I totally forgot Tok Kiah’s Yummylicious Cream Caramel Recipe. Last night, I tried to make one for Farewell Lunch Party today. I texted my sister asking the recipe right after I make 1 portion of the pudding. Owh! I was so careless. I should ask her in the 1^st place.

Spot the different between my recipes (purple) with the original recipe (red):

Tok Kiah’s Yummo Cream Caramel

Caramel:
2 cups of sugar      1 cup of sugar
1 cup water            1 cup of sugar

Pudding

5 unit eggs                                         5 unit eggs

1 tin of susu cair                                 1 tin of susu cair

½ tin of susu pekat                              ½ tin of susu pekat

2 tablespoon of custard powder          1 tablespoon of custard powder

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence               1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
