Tattooing

I was editing Cece’s album using U-Print when I came across to this picture. This picture was taken when she was 17 months old.

It is stated in the Module: Total Development of Children (1-4 years old) that at the age of 1 year old, the children started to draw. They started with sketching instead of fine drawing. By giving them a large paper, they can develop their fine motor skill by using their fingers to hold and use a pencil. It also advisable to give them a big size colour pencil so they can adjust their fingers when using the pencil.

My daughter proved that that statement is true. It was raining on that day, so we decided to stay at home. She was playing with her cousins when suddenly Boboi yelled “Mummy! Look at Cece now!”

She was playing with my pen (it was totally my fault) and sketched a drawing onto her palm, wrist and her legs. Not again....

This time I joined her to make a drawing. I took the pen and started drawing on her tummy and legs. The best thing, from that day onward, she never touches my pen again.
